Holt 





CLINTON -- Mary Mildred "Millie" Holt, 77, of Clinton died 7:34 a.m. Monday (Feb. 25, 2002) in the family residence. 





Services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday in Calvert Funeral Home, Clinton, with J. Kent Hickerson and the Rev. Penelope Barber officiating. Visitation will be 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday. Burial will be in Mausoleum Park Cemetery, Clinton. Memorials: American Lung Association. 





Millie was born Jan. 9, 1925, in Weldon, the daughter of Clyde Baker and Mary Danison. She retired from Wallace Computer Services after many years and was a member of the Clinton Elks Lodge. She was affiliated with the Clinton United Methodist Church. She married Joe W. Holt March 4, 1945, in Clinton. He preceded her in death Jan. 27, 1998. 





Surviving are her children, Timm Holt of New Orleans, La.; Mary Ellen Torbert of Clinton; grandchildren, Kimberlee Jo Toohill (Jeff) of Clinton; Tara Wanserski (Paul) of Champaign; Jennifer Holt of Carol Stream; Jeremiah Holt of Chicago; great-grandchildren, Parker Joseph Toohill and Spencer Jeffrey Toohill. 





She was preceded in death by her husband, son-in-law, Jerry Torbert, two brothers and one sister.
