Check-Off List

When beginning to take a trip, use this list to help prepare. I suggest copying the text to email and keep updating and sending it to yourself. Move it about, add and delete where necessary.

day 10

• mow the grass if needed
• tan
• double-check credit card pins

day 8

• tan
• call bank and let them know you will be in Amsterdam & Berlin in

day 6

• take out the garbage

day 4

• check in 36 hours prior and print boarding passes
• empty the refrigerator of perishables
• start charging the batteries

day 1

• turn down the thermostat
• water the plants and wind the clock
• check the bills
• unplug the appliances
• charge up the cell phone
• wash clothes
• out for a beer

day 0

• take out the garbage
• call Red Top cab ?
• on to the airport
